Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By booking a service with Dynamite Lights Michigan ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services we provide
We provide outdoor holiday lighting design, installation, timer programming, maintenance, takedown and storage. All work is performed on residential and commercial properties in our service area, subject to weather and safe access conditions.
3. Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a site assessment when required. Booking a service reserves your preferred install and takedown windows. Dates are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, depending on the season package selected.
4. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are outlined in your seasonal service agreement. Deposits secure your install date and are non-refundable within 14 days of your scheduled installation. If weather or unsafe conditions prevent installation, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
5. Property access and safety
You grant us reasonable access to the exterior of your property during the scheduled install, maintenance and takedown windows. We are fully licensed and insured, and we take care to protect your home, landscaping and fixtures. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that are not disclosed prior to service.
6. Maintenance and takedown
Unlimited maintenance visits apply to products installed by Dynamite Lights Michigan during the current season. Takedown is scheduled at the time of booking. If you skip or reschedule takedown outside the agreed window, additional fees may apply.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Michigan.
